Meet the Doctor
Dr. Eugene Kim, O.D.
Dr. Eugene Kim received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychobiology from UCLA. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, CA (now Marshall B. Ketchum University) in 2007. Dr. Kim has practiced in Riverside, CA, for over 15 years before moving to Anaheim to take over Dr. Nakano's practice. Notably, Dr. Kim has strong ties to Anaheim, having grown up in the area from elementary through high school.

Personal Interests
When he's not providing exceptional eye care, Dr. Kim is training for his next competition. He has completed several half marathons, smaller triathlons, one full marathon, and Ironman (Bike, Swim, Run) competitions.

Dr. Kim has a wide range of interests and pastimes, including baseball, softball, mountain biking, tennis, taekwondo, karate, kendo, paintball, snowboarding, skateboarding, and BMX. If you share any of these interests, feel free to stop by the office and chat with Dr. Kim!
